Sala Guirigai is a cultural space of AAEE located in the Badajoz town of Los Santos de Maimona (8,000 inhabitants) with AAEE programming from September to July aimed at more than 50 towns in the surrounding counties, with an Audience Association with 456 members from which it develops its Audience Management Plan and an intense plan of activities aimed especially at the educational centres of the area. Since 2006, it has been developing AAEE School Campaigns, as well as hosting research and creation projects with local, national and international artists through Artistic Residencies. Member of the Red de Teatros Alternativos and Circuito Ibérico. It has a team of 5 people: management, programme coordination, social mediation and school campaign, organisation of artistic and technical residencies.
