However, those who work every day to make young spectators smile are rarely valued to the same extent. Luis Matilla, in addition to being an excellent playwright, is one of the pioneers in image education and animated theatre, as well as a reference in the performing arts for children both in Spain and abroad. In his work he promotes the creative participation of children, a theatre that is close to home that does not turn children into mere passive spectators.
